Who else felt an overwhelming feeling of complete awesomeness when they first walked out into Hyrule Field? I love love love this song~ĭude, this is the song of healing! Having it on my list is a MUST! Sometimes, I would just hang out in the clock tower and listen to the music. It made the game so much more dramatic and it's just really nice to listen to. I really felt a sense of urgency and sorrow when this song was playing. It first starts off with the game over music.then it turns into a nice little upbeat melody! The 8bit music really gives it charm, too.īeautiful piano music is beautiful. It just has so much emotion and it's a great remix of the original castle theme. Not going to lie, the cut scene this song played in made me cry. When I first heard this song in the earlier trailers, I loved how catchy and upbeat it was. Well, these aren't in any particular order SO LETS GET STARTED. Zelda music is the best kind of music so I listed the ten that popped into my head first. These aren't necessarily my top ten, because my favorites change from day to day just like the OP. Kaepora Gaebora's Theme (Ocarina of Time) Zora's Domain (Twilight Princess/Ocarina of Time) Other candidates were (and might be switched with some of the songs on the list sometime): A perfect fit for those woods which happens to be one of my favorite places in Twilight Princess. I love the mysterious feel to it and it's really atmospheric. I find this version to be much better than the original Lost Woods. I'm not a big fan of the island itself, but the music is just lovely. Why wouldn't I just put the original theme instead of this? The reason for why this version is ten times better is because of the awesome, fast-paced drums in the background. (Also because I don't know what else to say about it) There is no other word to describe this song than epic. Why didn't they add that? To kill all the Goblins used to be my favorite part of the game because of the epic feeling you got from the music while doing it. I always picture myself "dust balls" or whatever they're called rolling down the empty street of Old Kakariko (I think it was called).

An orchestral version of this song would sound so good! A really epic tune which fits the environment well. I didn't like this song the first couple of times I heard it, but it has grown on me and now I love it. I wish they'd pick a more "cleaner" piano to make the song. My only complaint though, is the sound quality. It truly captures the atmosphere when you run with an injured Midna around in Hyrule Field. I love the melancholic feeling you get of this song. TWILIGHT PRINCESS - Midna's Desperate Hour Catchy and cool tune, but I'm not sure about its placement on my list. What do I need to say? It's considered to be one of the best game themes ever, but for a reason. This tune is so damn addictive and epic and might as well be a candidate for the top 1 place.

The best boss of the game also has the best theme. Farewell Hyrule King was supposed to be the top 1 song, but I'm not really sure anymore. The originial music is also really good, but in the end I think I would pick this over it. Piano is my favorite instrument which partly is the reason for why this is at the top. A piano remix, if you could call it that, of Hyrule Castle from A Link to the Past.
